Realizing Self as a Foundation for a Fulfilling 2026!
We’re excited to offer an in-person weekend TM and yoga retreat to start 2026. This is a powerful way to center oneself in a deep state of balance that increases energy, clarity, creativity, and equanimity throughout the year.
Join us at the serene Jesuit Retreat Center in Los Altos from Friday, January 23rd at 4:00 pm to Sunday, January 25th at 2:00 pm for a profound, rejuvenating weekend. Nestled on a scenic hillside in Los Altos, the Jesuit Retreat Center offers a calm and inspiring space for meditation, yoga, and restorative retreats, allowing guests to recharge and reconnect with themselves.
Course fee includes:
Two nights’ accommodation in a private room with a private bath.
Delicious, nutritious meals. Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch are included.
Expert facilitation of the retreat activities by Laurent Valosek and Laura Osborne.
A limited number of partial scholarships are available for people experiencing financial hardship.
Cancellation policy: Due to the non-refundable costs we incur in securing the facilities for this retreat, we aren’t able to offer refunds or exchanges for cancellations. This includes the case in which we have to cancel due to a pandemic or a natural disaster. As a result, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes “Cancel for any reason” coverage.
