Embark on a Transformative Journey

All of the courses are led by experienced, certified TM® instructors. The 4 classes of core training in the Transcendental Meditation® technique are a prerequisite for attending. We want to make our courses available to anyone interested, let us know if you would like information on our scholarships for those with financial need.

    Designed for mind-body integration, this course will include extended meditation and rest, yoga, delicious lunch, nature walk, and group discussions to deepen our TM practice. It will be a profound, rejuvenating, and transformative journey.

    Designed to support deep rest and mind-body integration from home, this virtual retreat includes extended meditation, gentle movement, restorative breaks, and guided group discussions to enrich your TM practice. A powerful way to reset, recharge, and reconnect with inner clarity and balance.

  • Weekend Retreats

    Our in-person weekend retreats offer a deep reset through extended TM practice, gentle yoga, rest, and reflection. Held in serene retreat centers, these weekends create space to unwind, reconnect, and strengthen inner balance.

  • Refresher Classes & Other Offerings

    We offer a variety of options to renew confidence, expand understanding, and strengthen the benefits of your practice.
